Procedure: The Center president or Education officer, someone that knows the applicant personally, should send a letter of recommendation to the Regional Coordinator requesting an endorsement - email is acceptable.

• A statement of purpose in a letter explaining why you want to take this course.
• A bio-data summary of pertinent personal and professional information.
